Doing what you love and only that

I found this presentation on the StartupCoaching Blog (Merci Alain!) and listened to it while cooking on a sunday morning.
I definitely like the Kicking Butt attitude of Gary Vaynerchuk from Wine Library. He just kicks our butt in the true entrepreneurial way. I feel like there is a strong correlation between Being an Entrepreneur and achieving a certain level of inner Soul Searching.
Not that every entrepreneur is Zen, (not at all), but just having found that Truth that would lead him or her to decide to focus on a true passion and to break the inside walls.
He stresses the need to have:
Patience and Passion.
Care about our Userbase.
Strop crying, keep hustlin’.
You have to have a business model (not just critical mass).
Legacy is greater than currency.
